SOLD - USM4 Case Bayonet with Scabbard (LG040325-02)

Description

4/4/25 – This is an original U.S. M4 bayonet made by Case Cutlery in the final years of WWII, complete with its original U.S. M8A1 scabbard.

The guard is clearly stamped “U.S. M4 CASE”, with a flaming bomb ordnance mark on the reverse. Case produced the fewest M4 bayonets of any wartime contractor, making this a scarce and highly collectible example.

The leather washer grip is in excellent condition with just the right amount of age and handling wear. The blued blade shows moderate finish loss and scabbard rub but retains a cleanly sharpened edge and solid integrity.

The included BM Co.-marked M8A1 scabbard is also original and in great shape, showing only minor dark patina on the upper metal throat. No cracks or major blemishes.

Guaranteed original. An excellent example for any WWII edged weapons or M1 Carbine collection.
