5/9/25 - This is a lot of three serrated flat back 1911 mainspring housings, all featuring vertical serrations and no lanyard loops. Two of the housings are complete with mainspring assemblies installed, including the mainspring, guide, and retainer clip, while the third is stripped. Two of the housings are marked on the sides with "MC35" and "MN16" respectively—likely post-WWII subcontractor or lot codes, consistent with military contract or commercial replacement production rather than original WWII issue. These steel housings are in good+ to great condition overall, showing honest wear and finish loss appropriate for their age. Ideal for arsenal-style rebuilds, shooter-grade 1911s, or parts kits.
