Description
07/15/26 – For sale is a Luxembourg Contract FN 49 chambered in .30-06. The rifle retains a nice aging blued finish with bare metal showing through from wear. The stock is in good condition overall with light surface dings and scratches. There is a arsenal repair at the comb where it meets the buttplate. There is a hairline crack stemming from the splice on each side of the stock about 1” in length. The bore is fairly bright but the surface is frosting over from oxidation. The rifling is strong but shows wear towards the muzzle. The muzzle was recrowned due to a dent that had affected the muzzle. The rifle has matching numbers on the receiver, bolt, and top cover. Stock is not numbered. There is a spanner wrench in the buttstock.
