SOLD - M35 Double Decal Luftwaffe Helmet

Description

7/15/25 - This is an excellent example of a M35 German Luftwaffe helmet. The helmet has most of its original factory blue paint which as well as the 2nd pattern Luftwaffe decal on the left side which is clearly visible, and the tri-color decal on the right which is mostly visible with some scratches and pitting. The metal on the exterior of the helmet is has some minor scratches throughout and some light patina on the dome, and has all three split pins intact. The inside of the helmet is very clean and the metal is free from any rust or patina. The aluminum band is holding the leather liner, and the liner is soft and malleable with no tears and shows sign of moderate wear. The leather around the band has some minor surface cracking throughout. The original chin strap is still in place and the leather on the chin strap is also soft and malleable.
