M35 Single Decal Heer Reissue

7/17/25 - The following is a very nice example of a German M35 helmet. The exterior of the helmet has been repainted over the original factory apple-green. The German army decal on the left side of the helmet is heavily scratched around the head but otherwise is mostly clear and not faded. There are multiple scratches throughout as well as a couple paint transfers and a few small freckles of patina around the dome and crown and all three split pins are intact. The interior of the helmet is very clean with one small section of oxidization on the right rear and around the folded brim at the front. The aluminum band and leather liner are both intact. The leather liner shows sign of very heavy daily use and is somewhat firm and brittle. There is also significant surface cracking throughout the leather and appears to have been resewn around band about halfway. Made by EF- Emaillierwerke Fulda, size 64, lot #20762.
