Description

5/20/25 - For sale is an Izhevsk M44 Carbine made in 1944. The carbine shows handling wear throughout. The receiver retains a blued finish, but there are some freckles of micropitting and old surface oxidation. The magazine shows finish loss and micropitting on the surface. The stock has the varnish finish flaking off. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The carbine had undergone post-war refurbishment and the bolt, buttplate, and magazine plate have been force-matched to the barrel shank.
