Description
10/09/26 - For sale is a Japanese Type 99 Arisaka made by the Nagoya Arsenal, 5th Series. Many of the parts retain their original bluing, but the receiver and barrel shank show notable oxidation and prickling of pitting. The stock had been lightly sanded, and the Nagoya inspection stamp is still visible. The bore is bright with good rifling. The rifle has matching numbers on the receiver, bolt, safety, firing pin, extractor, and bayonet lug. It has a reproduction monopod. The 5th series should not have a monopod installed, but still used leftover barrel bands. The Imperial Mum has been ground.
