Description
10/20/26 - For sale is a 31st Series Type 99 Arisaka chambered in 7.7x58, made by Toyo Kogyo during WW2. The rifle retains the bulk of its original bluing, but a layer of oxidation and old rust has developed on the surface. The stock is in good original condition, with many dings and nicks on the surface. There is a chip behind the front band on the right side, and there is a 1" crack behind the screw. The initials LJM were carved into the stock. The chrome-lined bore is bright with good rifling. The rifle has matching numbers on the receiver, bolt, extractor, firing pin and safety. The Imperial Mum has been struck.
