Description

2/11/21 - This is a matching and original Mauser C96 rig with matching stock, a harness and cleaning rod. This is a wartime commercial example that was made in 1915-16. The original blue rates at maybe 70%, with most of the wear on the barrel and front of magazine well. The original grips are present and numbered to the gun. Bore is clean but rifling is slightly worn. Stock is numbered to the gun. Stock has some dings and nicks, and a small crack near the hinge. The harness is 1916 dated with clear maker mark. The body of it is in very good shape but the straps show age and wear. It contains a spare magazine spring and an original rod.
