Description

1/19/18 - This is a mint Mauser K98 that was manufactured in 1944 and is all matching but shows some signs of restoration.  The stock is like new but has no proofs, so is likely a replacement.  The finish is mint but may have been restored.  The strap is mint but a postwar reproduction.  Bore is shiny with excellent rifling and no frost.  Buttplate is marked 'gqm' with '44 date and waffen proof.  All numbered parts are matching.  Includes sight hood and cleaning rod.
