1/8/26 - This is a very nice example of a Mauser Model 1914 that was used by the German Army during WW1, most likely issued to a German officer. All matching with an Imperial military proof on the top of the slide near the rear sight. It has retained about 93-94% of its original bluing with general high edge wear, muzzle wear, and some very minor thinning on the front strap. Fitted with a period-correct one-piece wood grip and comes with one proper magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is some frosting in the grooves.
