Description

3/17/25 - For sale is a K98k that was originally built by Mauser in 1937 and was reworked by Mithcell's Mauser for the commercial market upon import. The rifle has the typical dark finish seen on Mitchell's Mauser rifles. The stock has been heavily sanded and oiled. The serial number was stamped on the left side by MM. The bore has a hint of brightness but is darkening. The rifling is still fairly strong. The rifle has matching numbers on its parts but many of them were ground off and re-stamped by Mitchell's Mausers. The rifle comes with the original Mitchell's box, a refinished bayonet, sling, and cleaning kit. there is an import mark on the left side of the barrel.
