8/12/26 - This is a mint 2" Smith & Wesson Model 36 Revolver, manufactured in 1959 and chambered in .38 Special. It is matching and has retained virtually all of its original high polish bluing. There are just a few tiny, barely-visible surface scratches here and there and a very light roll mark on the cylinder. Fitted with mint period-correct checkered wood grips. Mint bore. It comes with an original sales receipt (dated 1959) that lists a Patrolman in Pittsburgh.
