11/4/25 - This is a Colt Single Action Army 125th Anniversary Edition, manufactured in 1961 to commemorate 125 years of Colt firearms (1836–1961). These commemorative revolvers were beautifully finished in high-polish blue with gold-gilded small parts. Chambered in .45 Colt with a 7½-inch barrel. The grips are smooth walnut with a gold Colt medallion, and the revolver bears the distinctive “125th Anniversary - SAA Model .45 Cal” rollmark. Only about 7,390 examples were produced, making this a desirable collector’s piece that represents both Colt’s craftsmanship and a milestone in American firearms history. It comes with a red silk-lined wood presentation case, 125th anniversary gold medallion, its cardboard box, and owners manual. The gun is mint with no signs of wear. Mint bore.
