3/3/20 - This is a mint Colt 1911A1 that was made in 1942 and issued to the US Army. The pistol is all correct, with matching numbered slide and correct Colt barrel with large 'G' proof under the lug. There is maybe a tiny spot of finish loss here or there, but this pistol would be near impossible to upgrade. Minty bore. Magazine is marked COLT .45 AUTO on the bottom. Pistol comes with a mint Sears holster that is also dated to 1942, an original belt that is dated to 1942, and 1942 dated first aid pouch/kit.
