7/10/26 - This is mint example of a US Property-marked Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless. The gun was made in 1945, but these pistols were developed early in 1903 as small frame hammerless pocket automatic pistol and proved to be a very successful and popular design for Colt. They were eventually adopted by the US military during WWII as both a small frame sidearm and as a general officers pistol. This one has no recorded attribution to a specific officer. The slide is numbered and matching. It has retained essentially all of its parkerized finish with. Fitted with mint wood grips and comes with one proper two-tone magazine. Mint bore. It also comes with its original matching-numbered cardboard box - it is tattered and in pieces.
