Description
10/30/23 - This is a "fresh from arsenal" French Mle 1936 made in 1945. The MAS-36 was the standard issue rifle issued to French and Free-French forces during WW2. This example has the L prefix which puts it around late 1945. The rifle comes with paperwork printed during its refurbishment. The rifle was rearsenaled in 1971 and received a new phosphate finish and new wood furniture. The bore is mint and is mirror bright and sharp. The rifle is matching on the receiver and bolt but is not marked anywhere else. There is an import mark on the left side of the receiver and the rifle comes with a French leather sling.Specifications
