Description

10/30/19 - This is a near-mint example of an original Artillery Luger from 1917, with 1916 dated holster and unmarked tool. The pistol is all matching with about 98% blue remaining, showing minor holster wear on the muzzle, sideplate and bottom of the front strap. The original, matching grips are present and in terrific condition. Magazine is period original but mismatched. Small parts on the pistol retain about 80% of the original straw. Bore is mint and hardly looks fired. The pistol comes with an original holster in great condition, with firm leather and no major defects aside from some wear to the closure strap. The holster is internally stamped with 1916 date and the maker mark reads "GOTTLOB EPPLE ZUFFENHAUSEN".
