Description

9/23/25 - This is a minty DWM luger manufactured in 1920 for the Reichswehr. Part of the first lugers manufactured after WW1 by DWM. Of the 50,000 lugers made between 1920-1921 for the government, about 80% of them went to the police. Very few of the newly manufactured guns went to the Army. It retains about 97-98% of its factory blue finish with just hints of high edge and muzzle wear. It is all matching and comes with a matching magazine that appears to have been numbered at an arsenal. These pistols are extremely difficult to find in this condition, since most saw extensive use with the police or Army following their manufacture, and then service in WW2. The bore has great rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout.
