Description

9/11/25 - This is a fantastic example of an original Colt M1911A1 from 1942. The gun is all correct with matching numbered slide and 98% original parkerized finish. There is some staining or discoloration along the top of the slide. It has a correct "G" marked barrel, but it is stamped with a small 6 and a 2 on the top of the barrel visible through the ejection port where there is also a number lightly scratched into it. The pistol has an excellent bore with a shiny rifled surface. Rates about a 9 out of 10. Comes with a WW2 era, 'L' marked magazine and excellent correct grips. WB inspector mark.
