Description
3/23/26 - This is a near-mint example of an AC 45 Walther P.38 made at the very end of WW2. This is a GI mismatched gun, put together by an American GI when the Walther factory was liberated. All of the parts are mismatched and in the proper "c" serial blocks, correct for this variation. It also only has one "Eagle 359" military acceptance proof on the right side of the slide, indicating it was never issued. It has a mixture of phosphate and blued parts and shows rough machining marks - both correct for this variation. It has retained nearly all of its original finish with just a few very light marks and scuffs here and there. Fitted with excellent reddish phenolic grips and comes with a jvd magazine. Mint bore. De-cocker is functional.
