Description
12/17/25 - This is a minty example of a Smith & Wesson Model 1955 Target Revolver, manufactured in late 1956 - early 1957 and chambered in .45 Caliber. 6.5 inch barrel. It has retained nearly all of its high polish finish with a faint roll mark on the cylinder. Excellent case-hardening on the hammer and trigger. Fitted with checkered Walnut grips - the right grip is numbered but mismatched. Mint bore. Smooth action. It comes with a period-correct box (appears to have been re-numbered to match), moon clips, a few rounds of vintage ammo, and a cleaning brush attachment.
