2/26/26 - This is a near-mint example of a 1978 Smith & Wesson Model 29-2 revolver chambered in .44 Magnum. Fitted with a 4" barrel, this revolver has a serrated back strap, front strap, and trigger for more precise control. Also fitted with target-style adjustable rear sight and a S&W Red Ramp front sight. This gun has retained roughly 98% of its original finish, with only a small scratch towards the front right of the ejector shroud and hints of a turn line on the cylinder. While it is not finish loss, there is a small surface scratch just above the trigger on the right side of the frame, and some slight wear on the matte top strap towards the back left of the cylinder. Fitted with target-style wood grips which show no signs of cracks or chips. The bore on this firearm is bright with little signs of light use. Revolver has proper lock-up and timing. Comes with Smith & Wesson wood case, cleaning rod with two heads, and screwdriver.
