2/26/26 - This is a near-mint example of a Smith & Wesson Model 57 revolver from about 1977. This revolver is fitted with a 6" barrel, adjustable target-style sights, serrated front and back strap, and serrated trigger. This firearm has retained roughly 98% of its original finish with most loss existing as an area on the side of the cylinder between chambers, and a turn line on the cylinder as well. The front S&W Red Ramp sight shows signs of light high-edge wear. This Model 57 is fitted with wood, target-style grips that show no signs of cracks, and have very minor chipping near the screw head. The bore is bright with crisp rifling and light signs of use. Mechanically sound with proper lock-up and timing. Comes with an original Smith & Wesson wood display case, cleaning rod with two heads, and a screwdriver.
