2/16/26 - This is a near-mint example of a Chinese Tokarev Type 54 that was manufactured in 1983 and never issued. This Type 54 was made in State Factory 66 in Shenyang, China and features no import marks or a safety added to the trigger or the frame. This is an all-matching Tokarev with the trigger group, barrel, barrel bushing, and slide all matching to the frame. This firearm has retained almost all of it's original finish (~98%) with only hints of high-edge wear and a spot of finish loss on top of the slide just behind the ejection port. There is also a small ding in the front strap, and a very minor patch of surface freckling on the upper edge of the left side slide. Fitted with period-correct black plastic grips that have no cracks and only one small chip on towards the top of the left grip panel. The bore is mint with a bright finish and crisp rifling, 10/10. This gun comes with a holster, four magazines, a cleaning rod, and a magazine pouch.
