Description
10/19/26 - This is a minty 2" Colt Detective Special revolver, chambered in .38 Special. Introduced in 1927, the Detective Special was the first short-barreled, double-action revolver with a swing-out cylinder, and it became the classic snub nose carried by plainclothes police and detectives for decades. It is matching and has retained nearly all of its original high polish bluing, with just a few tiny surface scratches here and there and barely even a visible turn ring on the cylinder. Fitted with mint checkered wood grips. Like-new bore, 10/10.
