Description
4/10/26 - This is a near-mint example of a 4th Variant Mauser Model 1914 sold in the commercial market after WWI, in the 1920's. It is all matching and "Double Crown U" proofed. It has retained nearly all of its original bluing with just a hint of muzzle wear and a few tiny dots of oxidation here and there. Very nice fire blue on the small parts. Fitted with an excellent period-correct wood grip and comes with a proper Mauser banner marked magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout - likely from storage.
