Description

10/19/22 - This is a near-mint and all matching Mauser P.38 from October of 1944. It has about 98% of the original blue, with minor wear around the muzzle and a spot of finish loss on the lower edge of the left side of the slide. Otherwise, an excellent, matching example. Interestingly, the firing pin cover is marked WaA135, which we haven't seen before. The marking appears original, so our best guess is that's an armorer's replacement part. Mint bore. Good mechanically, including the de-cocker. Very nice grips, with minor surface scratches on each panel. Magazine is E/359 marked.
