Description

5/17/17 - This is a near-mint Nazi Sauer 38h, issued to the German Army during the war.  It is a subvariation of the variation 3 army 38h, with manual safety lever, intertwined SS and Cal 7,65 magazine base and single E/37 military acceptance stamp but the "J.P. Sauer and Sohn, Suhl" has been eliminated from the slide logo.  The original finish on this pistol rates at about 99%, with minor edge wear.  The grips are period correct with no major cracks or chips, but they do have a few dings in them.  Excellent bore.
