Description

9/12/18 - This is a near-mint and all original M1 Carbine that was manufactured in 1944 by Quality Hardware Company. This is one of the more desirable, tough to find manufacturers, and this one would be tough to upgrade. The finish shows little to no wear. Low wood stock with rounded bolt. Stock has a few dings but no major cracks or chips, and has never been sanded. Proper cartouche on right side of the stock and the sling well is properly Q-RMC marked to denote Rock-ola make due to subcontracting. The handguard is also Q-RMC marked. Inland made barrel with March of '44 date, as Quality Hardware did not produce their own barrels. No bayo lug and no staking of the flip site. Excellent bore. Original WW2 sling and IA magazine.
