Description

5/25/21 - This is a minty example of a Spreewerk P.38 issued to the Nazi military in August of 1944. The gun is matching and has the proper "Eagle 88" military proofs. This one is a rare variation because it has star proofs on the frame and slide and an additional military proof. These markings indicate that the parts were initially rejected and sent back to the factory for repair. This one has retained about 97-98% of its original bluing. There is just a hint of wear around the muzzle and on the front strap. One area of minor wear on the right side of the slide. Comes with excellent grips and an un-marked magazine. Excellent bore - shiny with strong rifling. De-cocker is functional.
