Description
10/5/26 - This is a minty example of a Colt Commando Revolver issued to the US military during WW2, manufactured in 1943 and chambered in .38 Special. The gun is matching and carries the small military flaming bomb proof on the left side of the frame. The original parkerized finish rates about 97%, with just very minor high edge and muzzle wear. While there isn't much actual finish loss, there are some noticeable scratches on the underside of the barrel, just above the trigger guard, and on the underside of the trigger guard. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips. Mint bore. A crisp, high-condition example of Colt's wartime Commando.
