Description

12/29/20 - This is a nice example of a Finnish Mosin Nagant M39 manufactured in 1943. The "SKY" marking on the receiver indicates that it was built by Sako on contract for the Finnish Home Guard. There are "S in Gear" and "SA in Box" markings as well. The gun has mismatched numbers and an import mark on the barrel. The gun has retained most of its finish but there is minor high edge wear on the receiver, some handling marks here and there, etc. The stock is great shape with sharp Sako cartouche. The bore has strong rifling but frost throughout.
