3/1/22 - This is a scarce National Postal Meter M1 Carbine from 1943 with original parts throughout. Excellent original finish on metal parts. Sharp cartouches on stock, though the handguard has some overhang so may have been mated. Early dog leg hammer, with original NPM internals. I-cut stock. Sling swivel may be a replacement. Strong bore with minor frost.
