Description

7/8/21 - This is a nice example of an Astra 600 delivered to the Nazi military in 1944. This one is toward the very end of the serial range for this first contract. It is all matching and has the proper "Waffen D20" military proof on the tang. It must have then entered police service, because it comes with a police arsenal-numbered matching magazine. It has retained about 98% of its finish. While there is almost no actual finish loss, there are areas of heavy pitting around the muzzle, underside of the trigger guard, near the ejection port, at the back right of the slide, and on the front left edge of the frame. A few light surface scratches here and there. Comes with excellent wood grips. Minty bore.
