Description

12/19/17 - This is a Hungarian Femaru Mod 37, with matching magazine, produced in 1941.  Early in '41, the Luftwaffe placed an order for 50,000 Model 1937 Femaru pistols in caliber 7.65mm.  These first contract pistols are identified by the 'jhv 41' marking on the left side of the slide.  Of those '41 dated pistols, this is a subvariation 4, with E/WaA58 acceptance stamp on the trigger guard.  This gun is all matching and original, including the magazine.  The finish rates in the low 90's, with high edge wear and some patina on the straps.  Very nice grips and a beautiful bore.
