Description
6/10/26 - This is an excellent example of a French Unique Model 17 issued to the Nazi military during WW2. It is all matching and has the proper "Waffen 251" military acceptance proof on the right side of the frame. It has retained about 96% of its original finish. While there isn't much actual finish loss, there is a series of noticeable scratches on the front strap, an area of discoloration at the back right of the frame (looks like it's from heat treatment), minor muzzle wear, a few small scratches on the left side of the gun, and a few tiny dots of discoloration on the left side of the frame. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips and comes with one proper magazine. The bore has excellent rifling, but there is one tiny dimple in the metal about halfway down - will not affect functionality. The bottom left screw hole appears to have been glued or JB welded.
