Description

7/31/26 - This is a 1918 DWM Luger produced in the final year of WWI. Despite being nearly 110 years old, it is in exceptional condition, retaining about 98% of its original bluing, this piece is a testament to Imperial German manufacturing. What makes this specific firearm a fascinating historical anomaly is the right side of the receiver, it is entirely devoid of the standard military inspection stamps and Imperial Eagle. Close examination confirms the metal remains completely untouched, unbuffed, and unaltered, representing a rare factory anomaly that somehow bypassed standard proofing just before the 1918 Armistice. All-matching serial numbers, aside from the crisp set of well-fitting yet mismatched grips. Comes with one excellent original matching-numbered magazine, featuring perfectly preserved wooden base. Wear is incredibly minimal, limited to faint hints on the high edges, a few minute dots of darkening/wear on the front strap, and a few hints on the chamber. Featuring a brilliantly bright, minty bore.
