Description

06/30/26 - This is a nearly flawless example of a Walther PPK/S chambered in .32 ACP and manufactured by The Ranger Manufacturing Co. (formerly Black Creek Manufacturing). According to ATF records, Ranger officially reported producing their .32 caliber pistols between 1980 and 1988. Born out of the Gun Control Act of 1968, which limited the size and weight of imported handguns and barred the original PPK, the PPK/S was created by combining a PP frame with a PPK slide to meet requirements for legal import. While initially made in Ulm, Germany, production moved to the United States in the mid-1970s due to economics and a licensing agreement, and distributed by Interarms. These earlier American produced models, built in Gadsden, Alabama, are considered by most PPK collectors to be more consistent and reliable than other interarms examples from around that era. This example is in almost pristine condition, displaying a minty bore and absolutely no signs of wear or use. The slide action is currently a bit tight, but this is very likely the result of its practically factory-new state rather than poor fitment. It comes equipped with three finger-extension magazines. This would be exceptionally difficult to upgrade.
