Description

2/18/26- For sale is a Nepalese socket bayonet for the Brown Bess musket. There is patina, spots of light rust, and general age-related wear on the blade but no serious chips or damage. The large flat side of the bayonet has some text in Nepalese. The socket has the same patina and light rust as the blade. There is more Nepalese writing on the socket, along with an engraving of a lion. The scabbard is leather with brass guards at the tip and throat. There is aging to the leather and some slight unstitching but no serious tears or damage. The brass guards appear generally intact. Overall in good condition considering over 200 years of age!
