07/02/2024 - For sale is a Merkl Jagd-und Sportwaffen Safari rifle chambered in .470 Nitro Express. This double barreled rifle is in excellent condition and looks brand new. The barrel has fantastic, deep bluing on the barrel, lever, and trigger guard. The receiver is polished and nicely engraved with an elephant on the left and a rhino on the right. The forestock and stock are excellent. The bore is mirror bright on both barrels. The rifle comes with its original factory box and two .470 Nitro Express snap caps. The rifle has matching serial numbers on the forestock, barrel, and receiver.
