2/21/26 - This is a nice example of a complete Mauser Luger rig from 1939, with both matching magazines, 1939 dated holster and correct tool. The pistol retains 93-94% original blue with minor holster wear on the muzzle and side plate, and patina on the straps. Bright bore with strong rifling. The grips are in very good condition showing some wear and having a darkened color. The grips look to be period correct but are not numbered. The two matching magazines are in excellent condition. The holster is beautiful with firm leather and sharp proofs. The GI who brought the rig back wrote his name and GI number under the flap of the holster. Tool is E/63 proofed, which is the same as the pistol receiver.
