Description
2/3/26 - This is a nice example of an Erfurt Ortgies Pocket Pistol manufactured in the 1920's and chambered in 6.35mm. This one is all matching, has the proper "Crown N" proofs, and has a "Germany" export marking on the underside of the frame, indicating it was intended for sale in the international commercial market. It has retained about 92-93% of its original finish with some muzzle wear and edge wear, especially along the left slide, and a small bit of wear on the front grip strap. Fitted with excellent period-correct wood grips and comes with a blued magazine. The magazine has some small nicks in the toe. Bore has decent rifling with a bit of freckling and frost.
