Description
07/07/26 - For sale is a K98k made by Oberndorf Mauser in November of 1944. The rifle has an aging military blued finish with areas of bare metal showing through. The stock is in good shape without any cracks or breaks. There is a repaired duffle cut under the rear barrel band. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The rifle has matching numbers on the bolt assembly, barrel, magazine floor, and both barrel bands. The rear band is numbered along the top, which was only done for a short time but is correct for this variation. Stock and handguard are not numbered which is not unusual for a K Block rifle, but it is clearly WaA135 stamped.
