07/03/2024 - For sale is a BM-59 rifle made by National Ordnance in .308 Winchester. The BM-59 was an Italian evolution of the M1 Garand and modified to accept detachable magazines and was changed to select fire. This example uses BM-59 parts but uses a re-welded M1 Garand receiver produced by National Ordnance. The rifle is in great condition overall with minimal finish loss but there is some old pitting visible behind the rear sight. This was likely there before National Ordnance refinished the metal. The rifle has a bright bore with great rifling. The stock is in great condition. The rifle comes with two 20-round magazines.
