02/26/2024 - For sale is a nice Russian SVT-40 semi-automatic rifle made at the Tula factory in 1941. These rifles were the main frontline battle rifle for the Red Army during WW2. This example is clean showing signs of post-WW2 refurbishment. It matches throughout and the trigger guard, bolt and carrier are both force-matched with electro-pencil. The magazine is mismatched. The bore is dark with visible rifling. The rifle comes with a Soviet canvas sling.
