Description
8/6/26 - This is a nice example of a rare Mauser Navy-marked holster from WWII. On the interior of the holster near the left side of the opening is a very rare Kriegsmarine Eagle/M inkstamp. The leather on this holster is in excellent condition with no signs of any rips or tears. The leather has remained sturdy yet pliable throughout. There are some light surface scuffs on the lid of the holster, though very minimal actual finish loss. The magazine pouch on the front of the holster bears some high-edge wear and a scuff in the bottom left corner of the pouch. The muzzle of the holster has some scuffs and wear from general handling and wear. The front strap is in great condition with no rips or tears. The belt loop on the rear of holster shows some wear and is very malleable, but is completely in tact and still strong, despite some wear visible near the top of the loop. The stitching on the holster is all in excellent shape, retaining a majority of its original light color and showing no signs of any rips or pulling threads.
