Description
3/1/26 - This is a nice example of a Smith & Wesson Victory Revolver issued to the US military during WW2. It is all matching, and the top strap is marked "US Property" with "GHD" inspector initials and a military flaming bomb proof. There is also a "P" on the left side of the frame. The finish rates at about 94%, and while there is not a lot of concentrated finish loss, the parkerized finish shows thin streaks of loss along the barrel and frame, especially the top of the frame. There is also a bit of muzzle wear. The original grips are in very good condition and they have some small dings and dents throughout. The right grip panel is correctly matching to the revolver. The bore is bright with excellent rifling. Has a 4" barrel.
