3/7/26 - This is a nice example of a Spreewerk P.38 that was manufactured in January of 1945. The gun has all of the proper Spreewerk P.38 proofs. The original blue rates at ~92-94 % with wear on the high edges, two small spots on the right side of the slide, and around the muzzle. There is also some thinning on the front strap. The gun has excellent grips, but the right grip is lighter in color than the left. The bore is bright with strong rifling but has a hint of frosting. The magazine is a Walther proofed P.38 magazine. Good mechanics, including de-cocker.
