Description

3/27/17 - This is a nice Walther P.38 rig, produced in 1942.  The gun has about 96% of its original, dull military finish.  The wear is generally high edge wear, found on either side of the muzzle and front edge of the slide.  One magazine is E/359 proofed on the spine, the other is just P.38v proofed.  Very nice reddish grips with no cracks or scratches.  Comes with a 1942 dated hardshell P.38 holster, which is Waffen proofed and 'dla' maker-marked.  The holster shows no stitching issues and has generally firm leather.  Bore is shiny with good rifling.
